Show Oldest FirstI chose Africa for a number of reasons but with the over-arching one being that it could end up being the Middle East of the future.
-Africa has resources, probably more than we know
-Some African leaders resent foreign nation interference
-African youth are susceptible to brainwashing (child soldiers)
-Pirates make money through actions similar to terrorism
The challenge would be to ensure that education efforts are successful and that the money (resource for change) isn't just spent like dust in the wind. But I think most people can agree that education is the best way to shape the future in a nation ridden with corruption and home of some of the worse crimes committed against innocents.
I chose “Enhance science and engineering education” because knowledge is the key to a successful future.

Sorry Marc piracy is similar to terrorism; piracy is terrorism!
